Our Wizard of Oz is a reimagined expression of the classic MGM musical, featuring a flexible cast, over 60 puppets, and a single set: Professor Marvel’s vardo wagon, which magically transforms into every iconic location in Oz. The production is framed as a story told by a troupe of traveling actors, whose nomadic journey mirrors Dorothy’s own quest for home. This fresh, inventive expression of the timeless tale brings new life to a beloved story, blending theatrical innovation with heartfelt storytelling.
